By downloading and using the Flip Front app, you fully accept these terms of use.

2. Service description

Flip Front is a mobile app offering a selection of social games to play with friends (party games, vibe games, quizzes). The app is intended for personal, non-commercial recreational use.

3. Minimum age

Use of Flip Front is strictly reserved for adults (18 and over). The app contains recurring adult themes, references to alcohol and mature questions. It is rated 17+ on the App Store and PEGI 18 / ESRB Mature on Google Play.

By using the app, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. Any use by a minor is prohibited and falls under the sole responsibility of their legal guardian.

4. Responsible drinking

Some games include a "drinks" mode for humorous purposes. Flip Front encourages responsible alcohol consumption. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health. Never play while driving. The publishers disclaim any liability for unreasonable use of the drinks mode.

5. In-app purchases

Flip Front offers premium features available through a one-time purchase or subscription, handled by the App Store or Google Play Store. Refund conditions are those of Apple or Google. Any claim must be addressed to the relevant platform.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Not use Flip Front for illegal or harmful purposes

• Not attempt to copy, modify, disassemble or decompile the app

• Not enter illegal, defamatory or rights-infringing content (especially in player names)

7. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo, design, texts and all its content (questions, scenarios, illustrations) are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction is forbidden without prior authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

Flip Front is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. The publisher cannot be held liable for:

• Bugs, interruptions or service unavailability

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app

• Consequences of unreasonable use of the games (in particular the drinks mode)

9. Content

Some app content may include adult themes, off-beat humor or references to alcohol consumption. This content is intended for a mature audience.

10. Service changes

The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the app at any time and without notice.

11. Changes to the terms

These terms may be modified at any time. Your continued use of the app after a change means acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts of France.
